TWILIGHT=Amazing!!!!! I saw it this afternoon(pratically no one in the theater besides me and 5 other ppl) and wow. The book is better because its more descriptive and with the movie they removed a lot of stuff that was in the book. Overall, still a great movie. I will see it again and again and again. Who knows, I may go during Christmas or I'll find it online or I'll wait for the dvd. Rosalie was a bitch like in the book so they didn't make it Rose was a goodness angel(however she became one of my favorite characters after Eclispe when she told Bella her story). Alice's enterance when she met Bella was awesome=] I loved how she came from the window. She's just awesome like that. I loved the guys(Cam, Jackson, Kellan, Rob, Taylor and Peter). All of the actors did very well protraying their characters and I can't wait for New Moon(though I bet you I'll be crying more in that because New Moon is a little depressing). 

What else... I have swim practice tomorrow at 9:30 am=[ Why so friggen early? Why can't we have it at like 2:00pm? It'll be way easier. About 6 kids got kicked/pulled because they never showed up. Wednesday we had 9 kids. That's right 9 out of 25! We're deteriorating fast. It sounds like our summer team. We had like 200 kids on the swim team and now we're down to 20. I don't understand why people dont swim. I mean its not that hard. You race the other person and try to beat them. Its track for the water. Oh well they don't know what they are missing.

When You Can Live Forever, What Do You Live For?

Holy Shiz! In a little over than 6 hours, Twilight is going to be released in theaters!! *Fan girl scream* I REALLY want to go. I'm going to see if my mom will let me go with a few of my friends who are going. I'll catch up with them. Who knows maybe, if we're going to the Secaucus one, we can get ice cream after words? Wait a minute, I'm getting waayyy to ahead of myself. 

First off: I gotta make sure if they are going or not. 

Secondly: If more people were already going, I gotta see if they will mind me going. 

Thirdly: Once I know both the first and second one, I'll ask my parents. 

It'll seem rude if I go and theres all of their friends there and they've planned this for a while so I don't want to intrude on their plans. Worse comes to worse: I'm going to the football game at my school(I've been going to 4 home games. Its so cold but its really great). I just hope they will let me tag along with them. I just really want to go have a friends night out for once. Is that too hard? Hanging out with friends out side of school for one night? Is that wrong or rude? Grr...I'm going to get too confused now.  

So anyways there was a moment when some girl was a little of a bitch. It happened a little before Gym end. This 9th grader(9th and 10th has same gym) notices I have Eclispe in my hand(Re-re-re-re-re-re Reading it just for Twilight Week) so she goes "Oh your on Eclispe now?" And I said "Yeah, you are too." She goes: "How was the second one?" I said: "Good as usual. I was just re reading it." She said: "Wait you read the series and you know what happened?" Me: "Yeah, its a really good book series." She then gives me a dirty look and says: "Oh I don't have the patience for that." And she walked off. Me: "..." What was the problem again? That I can't re read books? Please I don't need to hear that. I'll read that series as many times as I want and no one can say anything. I love the seires so if you're annoyed at me because I read the seires 20 times, save it. I'll read what I want and how many times I want to=p

OK so I think that's about it. So my countdowns:

I'm Wanted: Dead or Alive

The awesome work of Bon Jovi as my title. I saw them once in Giant Stadium and it was one of the most amazing concerts ever. There was this big mosh pit by the stage because the day before it was pouring rain so they had to cancel it and they let the people go in that area. It was cool and nice for them to do that. When Wanted: Dead or Alive came on, all you saw were cell phones and everyone was singing and then Jon took over for the 2nd verse. I wish they could come back to Jersey. I'd love to see them again.

OK so anyways BIG news: I got my learners permit!!!!=DDD I can officially drive now(That is if I have someone in the passengers seat and who is 21 years or older and who has their license for more than 3 years) but I can drive now and I have to wait till I'm 17 to get the provisional license. But I can wait.

What else...So theres the 8 minute clip of Twilight from the Rome festival. Oh my Cullen, it was awesome!!!!! I think I was hyperventaling during most of it the first time but now after watching it 40-ish times, I calmed down a little. My parents said I can't go to see Twilight because they don't want me to go alone=p. I would like to go but I'm not sure who will go with me. I have 15 days to figure it out. Speaking of Twilight-related stuff, I'm on eBay bidding on an Alice Cullen necklace like the one in the movie. I hope I win and get it. It looks really cool.

Happy Wicked Day!!!

Yes today is the 5th year anniversary of Wicked!!!!!! 5 years of one of the greatest musicals on broadway is on the great white way for 5 years. That means fricken Idina Menzel and Kirstin Chenoweth(Aka chenzel aka the original Elphie and Glinda) were performing the first performance in NYC. What I'd give to see that show. Man, It would of been awesome! So for those wondering: Who is Chenzel? What is Wicked? Who is Kirstin and Idina? Why should I care? Well I'll answer the questions in order.

Who is Chenzel?

Chenzel is the awesome duo of the original Glinda and Elphaba, Kirstin CHEnoweth and Idina MeNZEL. So you add part of their last names and there you go, you have Chenzel=D I love them so much. They are both my favorite Elphie and Glinda and they are both awesome singers which is why I love them. 

What is Wicked?

Everybody Scream, It's Almost Halloween

Yeah 2 days till Halloween=] I'm excited for it but, I don't have a costume yet. I may wear my uniform and go as a school girl or I can wear regular clothes, put white powder on my face with black eyeshadow and act like a vampire or a zombie(Yeah not the best ideas). I'll figure out something. I have about two days.

So, I don't think I mentioned that I pass my writen drivers test!!!=DDDDD I'm going to be driving soon!!!!!! I can't wait to get my license and get a car. I'm thinking of a Volvo or a Porsche(Kidding on a Porsche but my whole being a Twilighter thing makes me want to get one of those cars=]), But for my first car, I should get a not that great one because if I get a new one and wreck it, the insurance sky rockets so I don't need my parents to pay more for me.

We have 3 weeks and Two days till Twilight the movie=DDDD Can't wait for it!!!!!!! Whenever I say on my Alice Cullen Facebook or the Twilight RP site how many weeks and days we have some are like "Till what?" and I'm like "Twilight!! Am I the only one who's counting?" But I just want to see it now. I'll be reading Twilight the week the movie comes out(A little Fyi for the Followers of this blog(Michelle and Kimberly).)

Anything else? Well, I now have 289 songs on my iPod=] Getting higher by the times there. When I first got my iPod in 2005(Yes for those wondering, it's the 2nd edition of the Video iPod. The 30 GB) I had only 20 songs on it(Mainly from RENT and Wicked). I kind of didn't want to add some of the songs I had now back then(Like my NSYNC, Bon Jovi ect) Because I didn't want people to tell me if they listened to my iPod that I didn't have a good taste in music but now(3 years later and I'm 16) I don't care. It's what I like and if they don't like it, oh well to bad.

Well I'm ending this blog now=[ I know right it seems short to end it but I have my Bio=p test to study for(And the ironic part is that I got 70s on all of my tests and I failed one but I have an 87 average so far because my teacher said that you can fail all of your tests but still pass as long as you do all of the homework, have good behavior, and have class participation).

That's an awesome song from RENT(The Broadway show, not movie). I can't believe its a month since it's off. Frankly, I can't believe I'm still talking about it a month later. Damn them for taking it off broadway. I want to see the tour when it comes to NY or PA(Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp(Orignal Roger and Mark) will be in it!). I'm aiming for those tickets for Christmas(If not then Wicked tickets, if not that then the new iPod nano.) I really want to see them live again. I saw Adam and Anthony in Bryant park when they performed for the GMA summer concert series. One of the best days of my live being like feet away from them(but I wasn't up in the front so much, I was more in the middle). And I really want to see them again(and maybe get an autograph from them/ONE picture). But we got to wait and see. For those who read this blog(Well mainly my two followers Michelle and Kimberly but whoever finds this and wants to follow) I am talking about these two boys:

Ok so tomorrow I have my Drivers Ed written test. Mr. Kersh(The teacher) gave us some answers to the state test:

-When you approach an intersection at a 4 way stop, who goes first? Whoever gets there and stops first has the right away

-If two cars seem to get there at the same time, driver on the right has the right away

-When you are approaching an uncontroled intersection, slow down and be prepared to stop.

-Every Vehlicle in NJ must be covered by Liability insurance. Liability protects the other person from your poor driving.

-If you are angry, mad or not thinking correctly, take some time to cool off

-Shape of a yeild sign: Triangle

-Railroad Crossing: Yellow circle with a black X in the middle

-Trunkated Triangle: Cut short. Slow moving Vehlicle

-Order of lights: Red, Yellow, Green

-A right hand turn on Red is legal. However, you must stop and yeild to all vehlicles and pedestrians.

-A flashing amber light: Slow down and proceed with caution.

-Green arrow means proceed as shown by the arrow.

-Yellow Lines: Seperate Traffic in opposite directions

-White Lines: Seperate Traffic in the Same direction.

-If you find yourslef being passed by a car: Slow down.

Mainly that's it. It seems easy enough. To pass this test you need 40 out of 50 questions right(Or an 80%/10 questions to get wrong). If you get even 11 wrong, you fail=\ So I need to pass this if I want to drive.

It's all because our economy is going to hell and that tickets are too much now. My mom told me that when she saw a broadway show in the 70s it was 40 bucks for front row streets. Fourty Bucks and now it's what 120? Its too insane.

The weekend is over=[ I think it went a little too quickly. It was kind of sucky out because it was raining so I didn't go out so much. It's also the last day RENT played in Theaters and I couldn't go because the tickets are 20 bucks and my mom doesn't have that much money=[ So now I'm a little upset that I couldn't see it but I'll try to look for it online. Oh and I won a RENT Memorablilia thing. It has the dvd, buttons and magnets=] 

I didn't do my homework(I'm a bad a-- =]) I may do it later tonight or tomorrow morning. 

What else...

Oh I was trying to win on Z100 an iPod nano and a $100 iTunes gift card, Sadly I didn't win=[ It rang and then it said 256 and it hung up. Wtf? 

Anyways, I got up at like 9:15 today so I was watching my good friend Spongebob=D Spongebob is my homeboy(Word) Lol sorry I acted like a ganster.

OK so yesterday was "Dancing with the Stars" I occasionally watch it(if I'm not on the computer doing Facebook/myspace/AIM or Blogging). So my favorite is Lance Bass. He was in the band NSYNC(You know, the boy band from the 90s-early 00s.) Yeah him. So during the show the Jonas Brothers performed! They are a great band to listen to(and if you haven't listen to them, you better). They are three Brothers; Kevin(Turning 21 on November 5th), Joe(Turned 19 on August 15th) and Nick(Turned 16 on September 16th). They are awesome and I do want to see them in concert(if ticket sales weren't so expensive or that it didn't sell out in 5 minutes). 

Ok so anyways Michelle and Kimberly stopped by my home and got me donuts!!!! Yay! My donut withdrawl lasted for...5 days. I need to go to Dunkin Donut anonymous(along with Harry Potter/Twilight/RENT/Wicked/Chocolate/Cake/Chocolate Milk/Ice Cream Anonymous). Well I didn't have them yet because when I got them, I had to have dinner but I should have them for a snack later on tonight. 

But mainly that's all that exciting that happened today. What's exciting about school? Mainly its boring because for somethings we may never see in our lives again. I rather be here blogging or sleeping in.

Cause Everything is Rent!!!!!!!!!!

For those who don't know me I am a RENTHead and I'm proud of it. I am watching the 2nd disk of the RENT DVD I have and It shows the documentary on Jonathan Larson and the history of RENT. Which is now going to be the main topic of this blog. So heres my version of the history of RENT:

In 1989, 29 year old Jonathan Larson composed a few songs for a new Rock-Opera musical. Two years later, he talked to a playwright named Billy Aronson to discuss about bringing musical theater to the MTV generation. Larson worked in the Moondance theater while composing this new musical called RENT. 

On January 25th, 1996, hours before the first off broadway performance of RENT and hours after he had his first and only interview, Larson died of a Aortic aneurysm at age 35. He never got to see what his musical become. The day of the first perfomance was canceled and was only run to friends and family of Jonathan Larson. After it premiered, preview ticket sales went through the roof and became one of the hottest tickets in town. On April 29th, 1996, RENT was moved to the Neaterlander Theater to make its Broadway debut.

After RENT debuted, it went to be a big seller having two tours in the USA and having productions in 43 countires and translated in 22 languages. There is also a school edition which eliminates the course language(aka removing most of the play). There was also a movie that came out in 2005 but Fredi and Daphnie didn't protray there original roles as the others. They were cast by Tracie Thoms(Joanne) and Rosario Dawson(Mimi). On June 1st, 2008 RENT was suposed to close because of lack of ticket sales. However, when the announcement of the closing became broadcasted, ticket sales went up.

After 12 brilliant years and 5140 performances, RENT closed Sunday, September 7th, 2008The final performance was filmed and will show in selective theaters this Wednesday(9-24), Thursday(9-25), Saturday(9-27) and Sunday(9-28)

Does it seem, what's the word, weird/wrong to be sad that a broadway show left the great white way? I loved RENT so much, it was one of the first shows I fell in love with and seeing it not there anymore is weird. I went to the 5000th performance there and I wrote on the wall of the theater. I was in tears when the show I went to was over(and well because of the story as well). It was basically the first and last time I saw it and I'll never forget it.

I'm closing this blog by saying Thank you Jonathan Larson. Without his composing skills, we would of never heard of RENT or we would of never seen how far it came. I'm still a little upset that it closed along with a few other RENTHeads but there's a message in his show that no one should ever forget;

*Yawns* Its 10:00 and I'm tired now for some reason. I guess because I was up at 9 today. It was my last day working as a lifeguard=[ The upside was that I got paid=D so at least I have some money now. I am applying for the ice rink insted of the Rec center. The Rec seems cool but it doesn't pay as much as the Swim Center or the Ice Rink. But if I don't get either job, I guess I'm stuck at home with nothing to do and not getting money. At least when you work you do something and you talk to people and get to know them. I was only working at the Swim Center for a month but I got to know some people.

Who try to make ends meat every night or who try to have clean clothes at least. Its a touching video and it makes you want to go to where ever the video is and to help these poor people. We should try to help the world. We should try to stop Providy, Cancer, Hunger, AIDS, Global Warming, Polution, everything like that. Its changing the world today and may change it forever. So why not change it now? Why not change it today?

What I did today

An original title right? Well heres something brief I did last night/today:

My computer was screwy and it took a lot of times to send IMs or respond in chat rooms. And when ever they responded while I'm typing something, I pressed Enter and it sended it uncompleted=\ Sometimes computers are very screwy/sucky. Later, I went to get Ice Cream with my bro and Silvia(his Girlfriend) at a place called Maggie Moos. Its like a coldstone creamery where they put the ice cream on the silver plate and they combine the toppings in it. Yeah it was like that. Mine was Chocolate Ice cream with Brownies, Oreos and Rainbow Sprinkles=DDD SOOO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a sugar rush for 20 minutes and then it became a sugar meltdown=[. Ever had that when you eat a lot of sugary stuff and then you're hyper and then you just become tired/lazy/all sugared out? Yeah I was like that last night.

Today: I got up and got my usual Chocolate Galzed Donuts in Dunkin Donuts=] But now the DD in the Plaza is closing for a few weeks for renovations! Now where am I supposed to get donuts now for breakfast???? Besides the point the donuts were good(as usual) and then afterwards I went bowling. My score was an 88, 80 and a 76. Eh I guess that was ok but I want to do better. After Bowling, I went to the Libarary fair for an hour. It was ok. I bought a knock off Chanel purse for 8 bucks(Can you say Fake?) and I got a lot of VHS tapes for free.(For those who don't know what VHS Tapes are they are Pre Dvd). I entered for a Target Gift card, Two autographed Giants Plaques, An Autograph Giant football and an Autographed Eli Manning poster with Two tickets to see them October 5th

But I tried and that's all you have to do right? 

Tomorrow is my last day as a lifeguard for the summer=[ Meaning I'm not getting paid anymore=[ I need to get another job(s). Maybe I can try the Rec center or the Ice Rink we have. I think the Ice Rink is the same hours and pay as the pool but I got to apply to that.

Anyways tonight I'm gonna watch Across the Universe(Again) and Maybe I'll get ice cream.

Except for the fact that I have homework during the weekend=[ But theres a 2 to 1 chance that I may do it Monday morning=] 

Anyways Halloween is in a few weeks. I know I'm 16 but hey I LOOVE the free candy=DDD So anyways I have an idea about my halloween costume. I'm thinking of one of the Voultri from the Twilight saga(If you do NOT know about this amazing book series then you better read it or the Voultri(Vampire Mafia in the books) will kill you*Sinsiter Laugh*) Ok so anyways I'm thinking of getting an Angel of Darkness costume with a hooded cloak, black wig and white makeup. 

Or I'll be Alice Cullen from Twilight. I'd just need fashion clothes(Alice loves fashion) the wig and makeup.

But if neither plans work then I'll be something else, Maybe someone from RENT.

So anyways Tomorrow I have bowling=] I have a 72 average and I want at least an 80 or 90.

Tomorrow is also the Library fair so I may stop by after bowling.

I was talking to this girl in my Clothing and Fashion class named Laura. She's an amazing singer.

So anyways I asked her if we can do RENT or Le Miserables for the school play. She said no

because all of the leads there are mainly guys and we don't have great guy singers. So I think its

the choice of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat or Annie. I rather do Joseph than Annie.

I'd try out for either one and I wouldn't care if I was just a background person.

What's Victoria's Secret?

A brilliant Rick Springfield Song for the title. Rick Springfield isn't that bad of an artist. He's a really good singer. He's also in the soap opera "General Hospital". Ok well anyways I'm here to blog about my day so I guess here it is

I get up and have two chocolate glazed donuts

I go get dress and go to school

I then doodle in Bio(I got a 77 on the test=\) while McKenna went over it.

I go to Gym and walk with Julia, Kimberly, Michelle and Mariel

I then go to Germann, Lunch and Clothing and fashion(We learned how to do the threading in the machine.)

I signed up for two clubs today: REBEL and The school Newspaper. I want to be in more clubs because it looks great on applications for college(plus they seem cool clubs to join. Just wish we had a Drama/Theater club like we did in Middle School)

So today was the Bonfire. Eh... on a scale of 1-10 I give it a 4.5. I thought it was just for the school but no, the entire community came. Then we went on the baseball field and watched the bonfire(which was cool...except that it was out in 5 minutes) But it was kind of a whole lot of nothing. Oh well this is Secaucus. We're lucky we can afford Toys R us, Babies R us, TJ Max and Sports Authority but we can't afford a decent bonfire(let alone a longer one). 

Now I'm here in my PJs doing this blog. I just had Ice Cream=] and now I'm going to check my Facebook and my other sites.

Hi. Well my first blog post on this blog of mine. Maybe I can start off with the basics:

My name is Hailee(Or Hail to some people). I am 16 and living in the state of New Jersey(Home of so many brilliant people). I am a sophmore at SHS(Class of 2011). I was born in North Bergen, Grew up in Jersey City and I've moved to Secaucus about 10 years ago. I'm a brunette(and Edward prefers brunettes=](More on the obsessions later). ) and my eye color is hazel/green or something like that. I don't want to drone on and on about my entire life so that'll be a blog later. I HATE being judged for looks(Blog on that later). Anything else I should say? Hm... Oh yeah: Incase you didn't figure out I LOVE RENT, Wicked, Twilight and Harry Potter. Mainly I think that's it. Any questions then I'll post a blog=]
