2nd Placeeeeee=]

Yesterday I had a 10 hour swim meet and I'm still tired=[

So, I got up yesterday at 7:25 am. There was no one awake so I had no chance to get donuts so I had Oreos(I kno, not a great breakfast but I didn't care so much). I went to the High school at 8:20 ish and most of the kids were having breakfast because they went to Bagel Buffet(not together, just at seperate times) and it made me hungry again.

So we get to Union City and we didn't start until 10:30(we were supposed to start at 10). I noticed some food outside so I go and get a donut(because I wasn't gonna swim for another hour or so and I thought it would be ok). Then my coach *growls* comes and she says "You shouldn't be eating that Hailee!" and "It's not good for you!". I was like I'm not swimming for another hour or so and it was only one. So I ate it right in front of her and it felt good=D. I go back to the pool and the girls first heat for the 200 medeley relay were up(for those who don't understand how county meets go heres how it is: there are about 20 events(10 for girls, 10 for boys) and each events have heats, about 5 or 6 of them and it goes by times(example: The first heat is with the slowest times and the last is the fastest). So it works like that). I swam the 200 free style(8 laps back and forth) and I placed 2nd=DDD I was so excited for that and my time went down 20 seconds.

And then I check the sheet with the heats and events and I'm not swimming till the 19th event(which was Breaststroke). Knowing I had a few hours to kill, I hung around cheering for my team mates and the what not. About 1:00pm, I go back to the food stand and get a hot dog(for the same reason for the donut) and, just my luck, the coach comes back AGAIN and yelled at me saying it was too heavy. I'm like "Jesus Christ, Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories and he swims the 200 in one minute" plus we need the calories and carbs so we can move.

Then it's about 4:00pm and I swim my 100 breaststoke. I placed 4th but that's ok. My time got shorter on that so that was good=]. I check the board because it shows where you placed and if you get metals(top 12 gets them). I placed 17th in Free and 18th in Breast so I didn't get a metal=[ But I placed out of 30-35 people and that's good.

So we mainly go back to the high school and I go home, have pizza and just hang around. Around 8:30pm, I go upstairs and put on my radio to z100. I guess I fell asleep and had a dream because when I woke up, my radio was still on. I shut it off and noticed it was 2:00am. I laid back in bed till 3am and went to sleep until 9am. I had breakfast and went back upstairs until 1pm so here I am still tired and hungry.

I better go find a snack or something. Plus, it's sunday and I have to do my wash=[[

2009 already?!

I'm sorry I haven't been posting as I should. I've been busy with school and swim team so I didn't have much time to do blogs. But happy(late) new year everyone! 2009 is gonna be big.

My first agenda for the new year is to see RENT with Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp=DDDD I'm so excited to see my boys again. It'll be awesome.

My second thing is to...hm I hope this year I get my braces off. I had them for almost 2 years and to be honest, I really don't think they are working. My teeth look the same as it did before I had them. Once I get the money, I'll get my teeth re done the right way.

Ok so thirdly, a few of my friends are having sweet 16s this year=] I honestly don't mean to sound so jealous or upset about this but I do hope they invite me to the party. Does it sound right though? I mean I invited them to mine should I get invited to theirs? Even if I don't get invited, I'll give them their presents when I see them so at least it wouldn't seem like I didn't care for my friends you know?

So the fourth thing is my 17th birthday!!! I'm hoping to have a party and I'll invite my friends as well(and maybe the family too). The day AFTER my birthday, I have my driver's test at 8:30am(which I may change to 10:30am). I'm excited but nervous. I haven't even practice driving a car yet and I had my permit for 2 months. My mom won't let me drive the fan and my bro won't let me drive his new Escape. But the thing is that when I do my road test, they(the Motor Vehlicle thingy) won't lend me a car, I need my own so I'm down to either buying a 500 dollar car on Craigslist or begging my mom/bro to let me drive their car. Oh well, I WILL get a car and I WILL get my license.

I guess that's it. I have some minor goals as well. For one, pass my fall/winter classes and maybe to go to a Jonas Brothers concert(if the tickets dont get sold out and they wind up on eBay for 3 times as much).
